At first I thought this was gonna be yet another UI for docker, but it's not! It is a utility that puts a little "shelf" next to the Dock for easier access when you're working on something that requires flipping between a bunch of apps. iirc this was also a feature of DragThing, which did so much stuff that app developers will be recreating its' functionality for years to come.
